Therefore, the candidates can rely on this basic knowledge to perform their duties, which should not be quite complex, as per the requisites of their supervisors.

There is the level two of every course in National Vocational Qualifications which seeks to create some sense of team work to the candidate by offering challenges that require teamwork. As such, the candidate can learn how to corporate with other workmates and learn the art of being a good team player. The candidate will acquire extensive skills on how to be a top performer for every position that they hold.

As for the level three of National Vocational Qualifications, the candidate gets in depth training that involve ways to solve complex and non-routine tasks without too much bother on the supervisor.  The same story can be told of the consecutive levels four and five. These levels appreciate that the candidate is faced with more demanding tasks that require autonomy and call for precise decision making. These levels concentrate their learning to specific requirements of each particular field and the personal responsibility of each candidate. Therefore level four and five of National Vocational Qualifications are meant for experienced professionals in every distinct field.
