In this course the candidates will be learning the theory of equality, they will be open for candidates of any age, they will learn to treat well with people of any gender, their will be entry barriers because of racism and many other well behaviors will be taught to them in these learning and development based courses.

This course is an associated course provided by the City and Guilds an alliance of the government for the development of the trainers engaged with training activities. The candidates will have to attend this course for at least 6 months to maximum of 2 years.

The core units for the level 3 of this NVQ training and development course are evaluation and development of self practice, monitoring and review progression with the learners, responding to the changes in learning and development sectors, identifying individual learning ambitions and programs, agreeing learning programs with the learners, developing training sessions, and creating an environment that promotes the learning in any situation etc. There are some optional units also available for the learners to take out from such as enabling learning through presentations, demonstrations and instruction, enabling individual learning through coaching, enabling group based learning, assessing candidates using a lot of methods, assessing candidates’ competence through observation, supporting them by mentoring in the work place, supporting and advising the individual learners.

There are some know how’s about delivering the basic skills in the work place, supporting competence achieved at the place of work, designing the learning programs, preparation and development of the resources to support learning etc. can also be chose in the NVQ training and development courses as optional units.
